The plan for your best path to success

Assessment

Order of operations matters. If you don’t know where you are starting, how do you know where to go? A training program of any kind should start with a thorough assessment. I use the Functional Range Assessment methodology to generate specific objective measurements of how your body moves, allowing for a solid foundation to build goals around.

Pre-requisites

Once assessment information is formulated, determining where the weak points are is clear. There are pre-requisites for general human movement, and especially for patterned movements or training protocols. I apply principles from Functional Range Conditioning to give you all of the pre-requisites you may need to train safely and effectively in order to meet your goals.

Training

Training starts once we have your assessment and pre-requisite work lined out. Training is a large umbrella term and it looks different for each person. Training for some may simply entail working on their aches and pains. For others, it may mean achieving a specific and measurable goal. Training is evolutionary, which is the exciting part about it…the options are endless. Where do you want your training to take you?
